Exclusive Chef's Knife: The Cuisiner - A Rare Possession

Introducing The Cuisiner, a chef's knife that exudes elegance and refinement. This prestige hand-forged Damascus steel knife, with its brass and ebony handle, is the epitome of balance and precision. As soon as you hold it in your hand, you'll feel the perfect harmony between the weighted brass bolster and the smooth wooden ebony handle. The Cuisiner is not just a tool, it is a work of art, a true masterpiece of craftsmanship that will elevate your cooking experience.

The Cuisiner glides effortlessly through even the toughest of ingredients, effortlessly slicing through ripe tomatoes as if they were butter. The hand-forged impressions not only add character to the knife but also act as a non-stick surface, allowing you to make effortless cuts every time. This knife is not just a tool, it is an extension of yourself, a reflection of your passion for cooking and desire for perfection.

This knife is more than just a product, it is the result of a labor of love. Care and thought have been put into every element, and it has been tested by professional chefs before its release. Each knife is crafted in small batches, with immense effort and attention to detail, making it a rare and exclusive possession.

Personalize your knife with our free engraving service, we can engrave anything you like on the top and inside of the wooden gift box and even on the handle. Just let us know what and where to engrave for you when you order. Make it truly unique and a reflection of yourself.

The Cuisiner is made with high-quality materials including a full tang Japanese VG10 Damascus steel blade with a black oxide finish and a 61 HRC hardness, sandblasted brass bolster with gloss ribs and clear hardcoat, genuine polished Macassar ebony wood handle and an Australian Spotted Gum knife box with black velvet, brass hinges and neodymium magnets. These materials are carefully chosen and put together to create a knife that is not only functional but also a true work of art.

The care that goes into crafting each knife is matched by the care you'll need to take to maintain it. Hand wash only, dry immediately after washing to prevent surface corrosion and occasionally oil the blade with mineral or vegetable oils to prevent surface rust. To maintain the sharpness, we recommend using a diamond encrusted sharpening rod or a wet stone to touch up the edge about once a month with heavy use.

The Cuisiner is not just a chef's knife, it's an experience. A symbol of your passion for cooking and your desire for perfection. It's a tool that will elevate your cooking skills and make every meal an unforgettable experience.

Materials Used

Blade Material: Full Tang Japanese VG10 Damascus, Hand Forged, Black Oxide Finish. 61 HRC Hardness.
Bolster Material: Sandblasted Brass with gloss ribs - Clear Hardcoat.
Screws: Brass - Clear Hardcoat.
Handle: Genuine Polished Macassar Ebony wood.
Knife Box: Australian Spotted Gum with black Velvet, Brass hinges and Neodymium Magnets.

Care Instructions

Handwash Only.
Even though the bolster and handle are protected from water ingress, and the dense ebony timber has been sealed, we don't recommend machine washing or letting the knife soak in water. After washing, immediately dry the blade to prevent surface corrosion of the blade steel.

Occasionally oil the blade with mineral or vegetable oils to prevent surface rust - a completely normal artifact of hardened premium quality blade steels.
I recommend using a diamond encrusted sharpening rod or a wet stone to touch up the edge about once a month with heavy use.
