You don’t have to wonder what’s happening with your order. With LilyCraft, you can see your gift being made in real time — from the moment we start crafting it, right through to when it’s wrapped, packed, and ready to send. You’ll get real photos along the way, so you can feel confident it’s coming together just as you imagined.

You’ll receive a unique order status link by email that takes you straight to your personal tracking page. When your item has been crafted, we’ll upload photos and send you an update. Once it’s packaged, you’ll get another email with photos of your parcel so you know exactly what to look out for. If you ever miss an email, you can visit your order status page anytime to see the latest progress.

While we do our best to keep your order updates running smoothly, there may be rare occasions where our system or server goes down temporarily. If that happens, updates or photos might be delayed — but we’ll get it sorted as quickly as we can.
