These Terms and Conditions describe your rights and responsibilities and what you can expect from Wanowyn Enterprises ABN 18 992 250 489 ( Hereto referred as "LilyCraft"). LilyCraft is a trademark of Wanowyn Enterprises.
Your use of our site constitutes your agreement to abide and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our site.
LilyCraft reserves the right to add to, delete or change these Terms and Conditions from time to time and without notice. By continuing to use the site, you agree to be bound by the changes.
The use of our site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions below . Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions. Your purchase orders made to www.LilyCraft.com.au indicates acceptance of our terms and conditions.
LilyCraft reserves the right to make changes to this website and these terms and conditions at any time.
By ordering through www.LilyCraft.com.au you grant us the right to add your contact details to our database and email transactional order, shipping and review emails. We may contact you about offers and new products. You can unsubscribe any time by selecting the unsubscribe button on your newsletter, or by emailing us with “Unsubscribe” in the subject field.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. LilyCraft reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. LilyCraft reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
LilyCraft is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or any website linked to or from this website. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided by you. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.
LilyCraft assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss, damage to equipment or other claim related to or resulting from the use or misuse of their products. In no event shall LilyCraft, its owners or employees be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from the use of their products.
Product Customisation / Personalisation
Artwork approvals will be sent for all orders over $100 in value. For orders under $100 value (excluding shipping) your order will move straight into production in order not to hod your order up from being produced. When supplying details your agree that you have double checked all information and confirm all are correct. We do not type your wording and personalisation requests out by hand, we copy and paste them to eliminate errors, so please ensure you spell all details correctly on your end. After this point LilyCraft holds no responsibility if there may be errors in your submission. If by any chance there is a mistake on our behalf we will gladly fix or replace your order free of charge, depending on the severity of the issue we will determine if it can be fixed or will need replacement.
With the nature of the products we sell there may be slight imperfections which do not affect the use of the products whatsoever. We take gret care in storing, packing and shipping our products and these imperfections are rare, however minor scratches or marks on some products are seen as acceptable in the industry. We reserve the right to assess products on an individual basis. Glassware may have very minor bubbles within the glass, this is a part of the manufacturing process and cannot be avoided. This is rare and in most cases appears in 1 out of every 50 glasses on average. Minor bubbles or slight marks will not warrant refunds or replacements, unless determined so by LilyCraft. Wooden items are all unique with their own knot and grain imperfections which adds to the beauty and individuality of them.
All production times described are approximate only and may vary depending on staff and machine restraints, specifically at busier times of the year. With this in mind whenever we see an item is needed for a specific date we will always ensure your order is dispatched within time, or contact you if there is going to be any issues. On most occasions our approximate production time is 5 working days.
Shipping and Delivery
All our orders are sent by Australia Post or via Courier. The choice of transit will be decided at point of dispatch and will be chosen on the best combination of speed, safety and price. If you require a specific courier please contact us prior to purchase to discuss as extra charges may be needed.
Orders will be packed and shipped once production of your order has been completed..
You will receive a dispatch notfication once your order has been sent so you are informed on when to roughly expect your order to arrive.
Any orders that are deemed "lost" during transit will be replaced by LilyCraft free of charge. For an order to be classed as lost the chosen courier must advise that the parcel is lost and cannot be found. Delivery time frames are all estimates and rely entirely on 3rd party courier companies such as Auustralia Post. We can only provide estimates based off what we are told from couriers.
Customers who do not choose a delivery method or do not indicate otherwise, give authority for their order to be left unattended at their delivery address. LilyCraft will only replace orders using this shipping method providing the order is proved lost in transit by our delivery company.
Certain factors such as order size, weight and shipping address may require us to charge extra shipping and delivery costs. We will contact you if this is the case and ask for payment for extra delivery charges.
We ask you to provide us with your event date details to assist in the processing of your order, but this does not guarantee delivery by a certain date. LilyCraft does not accept responsibility for you ordering items listed as pre order, backorder, special order, custom order or personalised that will arrive after your listed event date. It is your responsibility to contact us should you require an order to be delivered prior to the advertised timeframe.
The delivery and processing time stated on www.LilyCraft.com.au are estimates only. LilyCraft will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In peak periods any customised orders can take up to 30 days for your order to be dispatched. Please also note that any public holidays will affect the dispatch time frames and you should allow extra dispatch and shipping time. LilyCraft will not be held accountable for delays due to public holidays.
Please ensure you allow adequate time for delivery of your order. Our dispatch time frames are advertised on each product description page, please note that these are dispatch times only and do not take into account delivery time. Delivery time will vary depending on your location. Packages are shipped with Australia Post, please refer to www.auspost.com.au for delivery times.
As we special order items in for you, all pre-order, special order, custom order and personalised items cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
In the event that you choose special order, pre order, out of stock or backordered items, your whole order will ship in full once the backorder item/s arrive. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided, should the items not already be listed as such in the item description. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you acknowledge all information set forth under our shipping pages.
For personalised and custom crafted items, if you request a proof, please note that this will increase the wait time for your order to be made, dispatched and delivered to you, especially if you request changes to your products.
LilyCraft advertises the availability of our products to the best of our knowledge, but like all retail businesses may sell out of items or have inventory discrepancies. Once we are aware of the inventory discrepancy, we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details you provided to us. Should we not be able to contact you, or if your order is deemed urgent due to the event date you have supplied, LilyCraft reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and provide you with a store credit for the balance.
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on our site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
Change of Address
The shipping address for your order is shown in the checkout and on your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. In the event that an incorrect address was entered, address changes can only made until the order begins processing. LilyCraft cannot accommodate all address change requests.
Costs associated with you providing the incorrect address will be passed on to you. LilyCraft will not cover any costs associated with rerouting your delivery or redelivery requests.
Our prices are subject to change without notice. For international orders, there may be duties and taxes added to your package by your destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total. All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars.
All products descriptions and product images are prepared as accurately as possible. Some times there may be slight variations in materials, sizes and product colour which is unavoidable with the nature of our unique products. We reserve the right to assess any issues as they arise on an individual basis. If we see the issue as being major and affecting the products use we will offer a repalcement or refund. If the issue is determined as minor and not affecting the use of the product a refund or replacement may not be offered in full accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds & Returns
LilyCraft will gladly refund an order if your order arrives not as described or faulty. We do not refund due to change of mind as our products are personalised and customised specifically for you.
In the rare case that your order is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt of your package with photographs of the damage included. If deemed faulty or damaged, LilyCraft will respond with the appropriate action within 7 days of your return being brought to our attention.
We must be informed within 7 days of your order arriving damage or faulty for a refund to be applicable.
Any refund must be prior arranged with our staff and confirmed. We will provide a return number for your parcel.
Return postage costs is to be paid by the buyer, and refunds will be processed only when goods are received back at our facility.
LilyCraft will make the final decision if an item is faulty or not as described and determine if the level of issue warrants a refund or replacement.
Returns or exchanges due to change of mind will not be accepted as all of our products are custom made for each order. If in any circumstance you pay for return shipping LilyCraft will not reimburse postage costs to you. If in any circumstance you return items to us without authority or refuse delivery, we reserve the right to charge you for any costs associated with this including extra delivery fees and it is our right not to accept your return for change of mind. Any unauthorised returns will not be refunded.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing, LilyCraft shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
LilyCraft occasionally offers sale items and coupon offers. Sale items are available only until sold out and we will contact you as soon as practical if we have sold out of an item you have ordered and offer you a refund, partial refund, credit or substitution item for the sold out item you have ordered.
For coupon offers, all LilyCraft offers are available one only coupon per order. If you have access to more than one coupon, please choose the coupon that offers you the best deal.
To use our coupons, please:
- Add qualifying merchandise to your shopping cart.
- Enter offer code at checkout in the COUPON area.
- The savings will be deducted after offer code is applied.
- Please note the date and time the coupon expires.
Offer subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations and exchanges. Not valid on previous purchases. Offer may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
Please note that all coupon offers: when coupon code is used at checkout, cannot be combined with other offers. Previous purchases not eligible for offers. Unless stated, offers do not include shipping.
All coupons with minimum order values are exclusive of shipping i.e Where a free product is offered for orders over $100 this value must not include shipping.
LilyCraft respects your privacy and will keep all of your personal details secure and confidential. Any information you submit is used in order to process your order. Your personal details will not be sold, exchanged, or disclosed unless required by law. Any email address given can be used for remarketing purposes including contacting you for reviews of your product and letting you know about products, sales and promotions that may be of interest to you. Should you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please email us with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line.
We do not keep any payment information on file, all of our payments are processed by secure, third party payment providers for maximum security.
