Faqs

Can I engrave a different message on the box than on the pen? Yes, absolutely. Most customers choose a name for the pen and a longer, meaningful message for the inside of the box lid.

Does the leather colour vary? Because we use genuine leather, there are slight variations in grain and shade, making every pouch one-of-a-kind.

What happens if I make a typo in my order? Please contact us immediately. If we haven't started engraving yet, we can update it for you. Once engraved, custom items cannot be changed or returned.
