When your board arrives, unwrap it carefully and wipe away any excess oil before first use.

Close, but not exactly. Timber is a natural material, so colour and grain will vary from board to board. That variation is part of what makes each piece unique.

Can I use it as a cutting board?

Yes. The board can handle light cutting and food preparation.
To keep the engraving looking its best, most customers use the engraved side for serving and presentation, and flip the board over to use the back side for chopping and heavier prep work.

Can I return a personalised board?

Because the engraving is permanent and made to order, personalised boards cannot be returned unless there is a fault.
