Why we make our wedding ring boxes this way
We make our wedding ring boxes the way we do because they’re part of one of the most important moments of your life. When those two rings are brought forward, everything about that moment should feel right. That’s why we don’t mass-produce them or cut corners with cheap materials. Each box is crafted in small batches in our Brisbane workshop, shaped and polished by hand from hardwood timbers that are rare and full of character. Smooth to the touch, honest in your hands, and natural in your photos. These aren’t just containers for rings – they have soul, made with the same care and intent that goes into the vows you’re about to make.

Your choice of timbers:
- Rubberwood – light, smooth, sustainable and dependable
- Zebrano – golden with bold, natural striping, no two alike
- Padauk – fiery red that darkens over time, polished to a mirror-like 10,000 grit
- Indian Rosewood – rare, dense, deep in tone, polished to a glassy 10,000 grit (Indian Rosewood is for Australian orders only – cannot be exported)

FAQs
Will the timber look exactly like the photos?
Every box is unique. Padauk’s fiery red is natural and will deepen with age. Zebrano’s striping varies from bold to subtle. Rosewood may show lighter sapwood or natural knots. We don’t hide those marks – they’re what give each box its own character.
What if I make a typo in my engraving?
We engrave exactly what you send us, so please double-check your wording. Proofs are available if you’d like to confirm first.
Can I return a personalised box?
Personalised boxes can’t be returned, but if there’s a workmanship issue, we’ll fix or replace it.
Will I see a proof before it’s made?
Only if you request one. Proofs slow production, and we’re experienced at what we do – most couples trust us to engrave directly.
