Our sushi boards are made from Camphor wood, known for its naturally antimicrobial properties, making it one of the most hygienic timbers for food preparation. Each board is hand-sanded and finished, then sealed with Food Grade Organic Tung Oil for a permanent waterproof seal that will keep your board looking amazing with regular use. And for a personalized touch, we offer custom engraving with any wording or font of your choice, or even your company logo. Just let us know what and where to engrave when you order.

Cutting Board Grades:

Because each piece of camphor wood is significantly different from the next, we have grouped them into 4 grades so that you know what you can expect.

• X Grade (Exquisite) is the rarest and as good as camphor wood gets. They are a collectors piece of true beauty and character. The most unique rare patterns or a strip of white sapwood on either side of a colourful heartwood center gets classified into X Grade.
  
  
  
• A Grade has incredible patterns and colouring with a mix of colourful heartwood and white sapwood.
  
  
  
• B Grade has a good mix of colour and character and is a bit more budget friendly than the rarer Exquisite and A grades.
  
  
• C Grade boards are more blonde in colour and the patterns are not as striking as the higher grades, but they are the most economical option and good for heavy everyday use.
