• Rubberwood: A light-colored eco-friendly wood that has been replanted when the tree finished its rubber producing lifecycle.

• Intsia Wood: The darkest wood that we craft from. It is the hardest and heaviest of our wood species which engraves with a dark black contrast that will last a lifetime.

• Oak Wood: Our oak wood boards have beautiful contrasting light and dark fingers. It is the most difficult wood to craft these boards from as it requires many finishing steps to produce a high quality cheese board that will last many years. It looks stunning and is worth crafting a cheeseboard from due to its unique and unmistakable character.

All our boards are coated with natural food safe mineral oils and waxes including bees wax and palm wax for a food safe finish. We recommend hand washing and occasionally oiling with coconut oil to keep the board looking great.

Our boards are engraved with the handle in a vertical position so you can stand it up against your wall or hang them from your wall. The engraving is of extremely high quality with smooth edges so food will not get stuck easily in the corners. We give your board a good black engraving contrast so it is easy to read your wording.

• Front + Back Message: You can add a short message on the back of the board to let them know who the gift is from, or some other short message up to 5 lines.
